Reimagining the streaming experience with À la cart ad free and non-disruptive ad formats

"

Adyah’s technology is driven by a collective desire to ensure a profitable and sustaining future for the entire tv ecosystem where linear and OTT support one another, grow in tandem and improve the consumer experience for programmers, distributors, and advertisers.

- Neal Frank, Founder and CEO

"

Adyah provides a next generation CTV, streaming and advanced advertising technology. Our mission is to revolutionize television with better engagement, personalization, and storytelling. The company’s patented tech can desegregate two media ecosystems (ad-free) and (ad supported) into one “super ecosystem” with improved content monetization. The company provides the first and only viewer option to “jump” from a real-time, ad-supported scripted program to one that is ad-free on a show-by-show basis. This is accomplished with one click convenience, in real-time across linear, Cable, VOD, DVR, and FAST. The company is using a system and process it has coined (DPI), Dynamic Program Insertion.

Adyah's patent-pending technology enables broadcast and cable Networks to boost the value of real time, linear programs by enabling viewers with Smart TV’s an option to view a program entirely uninterrupted and with no loss of Ad revenue, during the live scheduled broadcast, DVR playback or VOD.

The company fills a critical “gap” by providing, a low-cost subscription option for [live linear] Ad-free. Adyah’s technology harnesses the behind-the-glass capabilities of its Smart TV partners, does not require any STB integration and delivers a commercial-free option to ad fatigued customers; with no change of input, channel, device or application to download.
